INFORMATION of Witnesses severally taken and acknowledged

said Colony, on the 4th day of January in the year of Our Lord
One thousand nine hundred and forty before E. Himsworth, Esquire,
Gentleman, Magistrate for the said Colony touching the death of
LAU KWONG FUK, male, 25 yrs., deceased.

VERDICT
We find that the deceased was LAU KWONG FUK, who died
on 29.11.39 from gunshot wounds inflicted by police officers
acting in accordance with their instructions as he attempted
to escape from Ma Tau Chung internment camp.
